At HT Trading Academy (https://httradingacademy.in), we offer digital educational programs. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on HT Trading Academy are digital courses, training programs, and educational content delivered online.

Once access to a course is granted, the product is considered used and delivered.

2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Lack of time or commitment

• Market losses or trading outcomes

• Partial course completion

• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations

• Technical issues caused by user’s device or internet

Trading involves risk, and results vary from person to person.

3. Exceptional Cases (Limited & Discretionary)

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same course

• Technical error where course access was not provided despite successful payment

Any such request must be raised within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.

Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of HT Trading Academy.

4. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

If you believe your case qualifies:

Include:

• Registered email ID

• Payment receipt / transaction ID

• Course name

• Reason for request

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

• Payment gateway or bank delays are beyond our control

6. Course Access After Refund Approval

Once a refund is approved and processed:

• Your course access will be permanently revoked

• Any downloaded or viewed content must not be reused or redistributed

7. No Guarantees or Assurances

HT Trading Academy does not guarantee profits, income, or trading success.
Refund requests based on trading performance will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
